Right movie at the 'right' time

Amidst all these flicks full of 'larger than life' sets, fiction and all the romantic sagas,I came across a very 'close to reality' movie yesterday. Its called "Khuda Kay Liye"; a Pakistani movie and I 'had to' check it out for various obvious reasons. Firstly, its the first from Pakistan which has been released in India after 43 long years. I had heard a lot about it, read a lot of articles in the newspapers and it is being appreciated and embraced all over. Its a great gesture to spark the feeling of love and affection in the hearts of the youth across the border.
Why right time - sinnce last 6 months I have been in a phase of getting more closer to Islam. I have started reading Quran altogether once again with an open mind ti find what messages has God given in it. A couple of months back, I met a Mexican female who is Catholic by birth but have embraced Islam since last decade. I had a long long conversation with her and she just made me more inquisitive about Quran after which I started reading the translation of it. Since then, it has given me a very deep understanding about life and what God expects from me.
One of the messages that I captured very strongly from this movie is that God does'nt want us to spend ALL our time in just praying to Him. He wants us to do good things all our way. Secondly, we all believe in the saying " One rotten apple spoils the whole basket". This saying is so well knitted with the storyplot. Just bcoz of a handful of terrorists who by misfortune are muslims, we all are facing the trauma.
Oh ya, also these Maulanas that we have, are so misleading. For eg. My Maulana says that not everyone except him is permitted to read the translation of The Quran. This is so illogical.
I very strongly agree to the writer/director that yes, we don't want to loose our identity but also want to gel well with the world and walk hand in hand towards peace. I wish Osama Bin Laden watches this one J.
This is one of the best movies I've seen so far. Also being an Indian, I thought that Pakistanis must not be technically so advance in movie-making coz of the lack of experience. But this one proved me absolutely wrong. Bravo Pakistan!
One sad thing about the release of this movie in India is, that it is been screened in just multiplexes (here, we have only one show per day in the whole city) and they would probably take it off this Friday. Thus, it wont reach to a great chunk of people to which it is supposed to…..pretty sad.
Oh, it was so nostalgic to find the streets of Lahore and the mosque and the guitars....oh I miss Pakistan so much! :)
